What are your shipping options?

Can I add to an order I’ve already placed?

We can only ‘add to’ orders if you are a trade account holder. If you have a trade account please note we can only accept add to's on the same day as your original order is placed, if your order is already being processed you will need to place a new order.


Do you offer free delivery?

Trade account holders can access free delivery on orders over a certain value. Please see Trade account info for more details or check your account terms for eligibility.

Can I track my order?

If your goods are being sent by a courier service you will be emailed with a tracking reference as your goods are shipped, you can use this to track the status of your shipment via the relevant couriers website.


What is the cost of delivery?

Costs vary depending on the delivery method selected and your location. You can find detailed delivery cost information during the checkout process before finalising your order. More information can be found on the delivery options page here.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do offer international shipping, please just proceed through checkout and we will be in touch with your delivery cost once we have processed your order.

Why is Next Day delivery not available at checkout?

During busy periods we are unfortunately unable to offer next day deliveries, it may be that we have disabled this delivery option whilst we process a large number of orders. Please bear with us, if you have an issue please ring 01484 485100 to speak to a member of our team.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

If you need to update your address, please contact our customer support team at sales@burhouse.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to assist you.

Is there a signature required for delivery?

Whether a signature is required upon delivery may depend on the shipping method and the courier's policies. If a signature is required, the courier will typically make multiple delivery attempts or provide instructions for pickup at a local facility if you are not available.

Can I change my shipping method after placing an order?

Changing the shipping method after an order is confirmed may not always be possible. If you wish to change your shipping method, please contact our customer support team, and we will assist you based on the order's current status and feasibility.
