Returns
Our return policy allows you to return items within 30 days of purchase. Please ensure the item is in its original condition and packaging with details of your account name and order number.
Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of
- Bead strands which have been broken down, cut or part strings
- Loose chain and any items cut to order, we offer chain samples, please order these if you wish to check if a chain is suitable.
- Ear rings and ear findings due to hygiene issues.
How to return an item
If you would like to return an item, please send to the address below. You can raise a return via our website, to do this please head to the link 'raise a return' in the page footer. Once logged in to your account, this will take you to your "Order History" section, select the order and click return products, select the items you wish to return and you can add a reason why.

Method of posting
Please return via 2nd class Royal mail and we advise getting a receipt of postage. Return postage costs for unwanted items are the buyers responsibility.
Problems with your order
If you have any issues with your order, please contact our customer support at sales@burhouse.com or call us on 01484 485100 within 7 days of delivery. If you have received an incorrect item or broken item we will arrange for the correct item to be sent or resolve the issue promptly.
Refund processing
Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the item. You will be notified via email once the return is processed. But please allow up to 14 days before getting in touch with us.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. It may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
