These 18mm creole style ear hoops have a 4mm bead threaded on to the ear hoop which is detachable. These open and close by pulling gently, the wire post can be slotted into the inner of the hoop. Measuring 2mm thick & 18mm in diameter, these can be tricky to fasten once in the ear, but once fastened can be worn comfortably for long periods.
